October started a little slow, but boy did it get busy toward the end with Halloween parties, a visit from Joy's sister Alecia and her fiance Matt, and piano recitals for all the boys. Earlier in the month, we visited Del Osso Farms with Brett's sister's family. The carved pumpkins were courtesy of a combined effort of our family with Matt and Alecia. We also rescued our cat Theo from his weeklong stay in a large oak tree.
