Friend Christmas

It worked out after the 1/2 day of work on the 26th, that we were able to welcome the Jungingers to our house to celebrate with some games and gifts.

The day was relaxing and all about time together.  We connected with Joy's family over FaceTime and played games.

Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve was a bit odd this year in that Grammy and Poppy were sick.  We stopped by their house to pick up food and drop off some presents for them.  We would end up FaceTiming them into the celebration and have the recipient of the present "take a seat" in front of the camera as we had Grammy and Poppy on video on the big TV.  Then to add some further wrinkles to it, the adults lost track of time at night and Wendy, James, Jeanne, Bruce, Joy, and Brett were talking until 11pm when the kids came down to check on us.
