Ryan's Graduation in Idaho

We drove to Idaho on Thursday, getting a bit later of a start than we had anticipated.  Nonetheless, we arrived around 11pm and were greeted by Aunt Jeanette, Grandma, and Ryan.  The next day was Ryan's graduation ceremony.  Saturday featured a noontime BBQ with family present.  We then spent the evening with the Louis family, our friends who moved to Boise from Modesto.  Sunday was a relaxing day where we hung out and played games including whiffleball, croquet, basketball, and football.  Monday we drove to the Shoshone Ice Caves, then Twin Falls to see Shoshone Falls, then further east to Caldron Linn, and finally hitting Balanced Rock on the way back to Nampa.  Tuesday we drove back to California.

From 90+ degrees outside to frozen sheets of ice on the bottom of the cave we descended into.
