Griffin had the misfortune of being on a baseball with another kid named Griffen this year.  So without his mother being able to have a say in it, our little Griffin volunteered to change his name to "Cha" for the sake of the team.  While we commend his selflessness and sacrifice, we surely could have come up with some better suggestions, like "Griff" or "Griffey" for instance, but now for the next 4 months, our son will be known as "Cha."
